FAQ
How does Rosi work?
You can book an individual ride via app or by phone. Rosi picks you up at the selected starting point at the desired time and reliably takes you to your predefined destination.
Where does Rosi pick me up?
The start and destination of the trips are always fixed stops according to the Rosi bus stop network. These are closely distributed over the entire service area and marked with Rosi stop signs.
Who can use Rosi?
Young or old, alone or in a group, local or tourist: anyone can travel with Rosi. Children under the age of six, however, must be accompanied by an adult.
Is Rosi barrier-free?
Part of the Rosi fleet has wheelchair ramps and can take passengers sitting in wheelchairs. If necessary, please indicate this when booking so that an accessible vehicle can be sent. Unfortunately, Rosi is not suitable for carrying e-wheelchairs.
Are animals allowed to travel with Rosi?
Dogs and other small animals, these only in suitable containers, may accompany you on your ride with Rosi. The prerequisite is that the safe and orderly operation is always guaranteed and a nuisance or danger to other passengers is excluded. Dogs are therefore only transported on a leash and under the supervision of a suitable person. Dogs with a shoulder height of 30 cm or more must be muzzled. So-called fighting dogs are excluded from carriage in accordance with the respective state dog regulations. It is forbidden to place animals on seats. Transportation is free of charge.
What do I do if my child still needs a child seat?
Rosi is of course happy to take families with children safely to their destination. Child seats (category I) or infant carriers – if required by law – must be brought along independently at the start of the journey. A child seat (category II) and a booster seat (category III) are available in every Rosi shuttle. The Rosi fleet does not have any child seats for children under 5 years of age.
Is the Deutschland-Ticket valid for my journey with Rosi?
Rosi accepts the Deutschlandticket. It can be used in combination with payment of a comfort surcharge.
up to 10 km: €4.00
from 10 km: €10.00
How can I pay?
Cashless payment should be preferred wherever possible. In exceptional cases, cash payment may still be accepted for telephone bookings if the passenger is unable to provide another payment method.
For practical reasons, cash payment may also be possible for additional spontaneous passengers if the originally booked passenger takes along other passengers with the same pick up point and destination.
Where can I find out more about Rosi?
All important information and further details about Rosi can be found at www.rosi-mobil.de or by calling 08031/400 700. The mobility center can be reached during the specified operating hours of Rosi and is available to answer your questions.
How many seats does Rosi have?
You share your ride with other guests who book a similar route in the same time slot. Depending on the booking request, other passengers with a destination along the route can join you. The number of passengers varies. Rosi vehicles have a total of up to five seats.
Can I take larger pieces of luggage with me?
Rosi offers space for hand luggage. It is also possible to take baby carriages, buggies or suitcases, but this must be specified when booking. Bicycles or electrically powered light vehicles (so-called e-scooters) can unfortunately not be carried for capacity reasons.
I have lost something in a Rosi vehicle, what now?
The best way to find out about lost property is to call our mobility center at 08031/400 700. Please note the stated operating hours (Mon. to Fri. 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sat. and Sun. 8:00 am to 9:00 pm).
